Treatment Outcomes

One of the greatest frustrations that families report is trying to obtain results from drug and alcohol treatment programs.  A review of treatment program websites indicates that very few report any data-based outcomes. The information is designed to help clients, families, and professionals understand some success we have experience with the effectiveness of our program. Client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness data from Lighthouse Recovery Centers is presented with the intention of reporting on our outcomes.

2 Weeks of Residential Treatment

Although 2 weeks of residential treatment provides most clients with the time to detox from drugs, it does not give the client enough time to begin the recovery process. They have not had time to develop new tools to deal with old behavior. They have not been able to develop a relationship with people in recovery. These are important for lasting recovery.

30 Days of Residential Treatment

With 30 days of Residential Treatment, the process of recovery has started. They have begun the work with the therapist to make changes in their life. They have started to develop relationships with people in recovery. They have also begun to rebuild the family relationships they had strained in addiction.

Residential Treatment & Outpatient Drug Rehab

We find that having both residential and outpatient treatment gives our clients the best opportunity for lasting recovery. The residential treatment gives them the opportunity to detox from drugs and start to develop the tools they need for recovery. After they leave residential treatment they are allowed to re-enter their lives but continue to receive the benefits of a treatment program. Clients can work or, attend school while attending an outpatient drug rehab to continue to rebuild the family relationships and strengthen their own personal recovery.
